Thank you for shopping with Cosmo. Here is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Where we deliver
We deliver islandwide, to every district in Sri Lanka. We do not ship outside Sri Lanka at the moment.
Delivery times
- Colombo: usually within 24 hours.
- Outside Colombo: usually within 1–3 working days.
- Remote areas: may take up to 4–5 working days.
Delivery times are counted in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. During sales, festive seasons or bad weather, deliveries can take a little longer.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery is Rs 350 anywhere in Sri Lanka.
- Orders of Rs 12,000 or more are delivered free.
The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Helping us deliver on time
Our delivery partner may call you before or on the day of delivery. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and keep your phone close. Missed calls, an incorrect phone number or an incomplete address can delay your order. If you notice a mistake in your details, contact us as soon as possible so we can update them.
Damaged parcels
We pack every order with care. If your parcel or any item arrives damaged, please contact us on the same day you receive it, with clear photos of the product and the packaging. See our Refund policy for how we resolve damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
