Refund policy

We take great care to make sure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If something is not right, here is how we put it right.

When we accept a return or exchange

Because our products are skincare, beauty and personal care items, we accept returns or exchanges only when:

the product arrived damaged,
the product is faulty, or
we sent you the wrong item, or an item is missing from your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, or if the wrong product, shade, size or quantity was chosen when ordering. Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

How to report a problem

your order number,
clear photos of the product and its packaging, and
for a wrong or missing item, a photo of what you received.

Please keep the item unused and in its original packaging while we look into it. Reports made after the day of delivery may not be accepted.

How we resolve it

Once we have reviewed your report, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. If we need the item back, we will tell you how to return it, and we will cover the delivery cost when the mistake was ours.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible by phone, email or a message on Instagram or Facebook. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

How refunds are paid

Card payments are refunded to the same card. Banks usually take 7–14 working days to show the refund.
Bank deposits are refunded to your bank account. We will ask you for your account details.
Koko payments are refunded through Koko, in line with Koko’s terms.
Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
